Hastings Country Club is a full-service catering operation, too! We're pleased and proud to host all sorts of events for members as well as non-members: weddings, anniversary parties, or club meetings for groups of up to 230. The Bride and Groom will also receive a free Social Membership. The largest of our catering rooms, the Mississippi Room, looks out over the lushly landscaped golf course, making it the perfect setting for your family's nuptial celebration, with gorgeous views from the highest point in Dakota County. Our skillful Chef Ryan McGunnigle will work with you to create just the right customized menu for you and all your guests.  And one of our banquet supervisors can help you design your banquet affair with just the look you want.
